It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of their order before completing the purchase, including:

We are not liable for errors made by the customer during the ordering process. We strongly recommend reviewing your cart and shipping details thoroughly before finalizing payment.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders correctly. However, mistakes can happen. We will only accept claims for a replacement or refund under the following specific conditions:

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the product and its label.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, you must refuse delivery or contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We require photographic evidence of the damaged outer packaging and the product itself.

Upon verification of the claim, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Ship the correct product at no additional cost.

  • Issue a full refund for the incorrect or damaged product.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be granted for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind / Accidental Order: We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you simply change your mind or placed an order by mistake.

  • Product Seized by Customs: International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import laws. We are not responsible for packages seized, held, or destroyed by customs authorities. No refund or reshipment will be provided in these cases.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is not delivered, we are not obligated to refund or reship the order.

  • Product Stability & Storage: Once the product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its stability or purity due to external storage conditions beyond our control.

  • “Not as Expected” / Purity: All products are sold with stated purity levels based on our internal analysis. Discrepancies in subjective effects or research outcomes are not grounds for a refund.

5. Shipping Errors & Lost Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit by the shipping carrier (after the tracking shows “shipped”), we will open an investigation with the carrier. We will not issue a refund or reship until the carrier confirms the package is lost. This process can take up to 30 business days.

  • For domestic orders, if a tracking number shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, we are not liable and cannot issue a refund or reshipment.
